PAYMENT & RESERVATION POLICY

Once your application has been approved and full payment has been received, a final confirmation will be sent to you.

All booths are selected and assigned by the organizers. You may submit a booth-location request; however, specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed. Booth assignments may be changed by the organizers if absolutely necessary.

All booth payments are non-refundable after February 1, 2027.

Booth assignments are subject to availability and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

APPLICANT AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, I confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

I understand and agree that:

• This is an application and does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the Tattoo Expo Rive Sud.

• My booth is not officially secured until my application has been approved and full payment has been received.

• I am responsible for complying with all event rules, health and safety requirements, and all applicable tattooing regulations.

• I am responsible for the conduct of all artists and assistants registered under my booth.

• Booth locations are selected and assigned by the organizers. Placement requests may be submitted but cannot be guaranteed, and assignments may be changed if absolutely necessary.

• I agree to respect all rules and policies established by the Tattoo Expo Rive Sud.
